If you have not rented our facility before, please click HERE to learn more about our facility. You will find details regarding capacity for the Hall, a description of our Kitchen, and information regarding amenities that are available. There is also a table of the rental hourly rates for the different rental categories.

TO RENT THE HALL:

FIRST – click on RENTAL CALENDAR to determine if the Hall is available on the date and time that you wish to rent.

THEN – if the Hall is not “Busy” , click on the RENTAL APPLICATION to complete the application form. If you need clarification or assistance, you may contact the Rental Manager by e-mail at rentals@khlions.com . When you Submit your Rental Request, the form will be automatically sent to the Rental Manager for review.

AFTER YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED you will receive a Rental Agreement Number. You will need the Rental Agreement Number to proceed with the purchase of insurance. You can then go to the Instant Risk Coverage login for rental insurance using “Lion Dick Brule Community Centre” as the name of the facility.  You will need to apply for $2,000,000 of Insurance.   The following gives a step by step description of How to use IRC Portal  .

UPON RECEIPT OF THE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE for your rental, the Rental Manager will finalize your booking and send you an e-mail with instructions for payment. Upon receipt of payment, and closer to the date of your rental, the Rental Manager will send you a code needed to access keys for the Hall and a code to manage the Alarm system.

AT THE COMPLETION OF YOUR RENTAL , the Refundable Deposit will be returned to you. As noted in the RENTAL GUIDE below,  the Refundable Deposit will be used to offset the cost of any damage to the Hall or its amenities; to cover the cost of extra cleaning resulting from your rental; to cover the cost of sending someone to set the alarm or lock the door should you fail to do so; or to cover any late rental fees.
