How it Works

  1. Register by email at trivia@khlions.com.
  2. The cost is $10.00 per screen, no matter how many people are on it. You will get a return email with payment instructions.
  3. On November 13th, the day of the event, you will receive a score sheet and a Zoom invitation.

This event is sponsored by the Kanata- Hazeldean Lions Club. All proceeds are used in the community.

COVID-19 Poster and Essay Contests

CALLING YOUTHFUL ARTISTS AND WRITERS

Here is a chance to exercise your creativity while stuck at home.  The Lions Clubs of Multiple District A (Eastern Ontario and a bit of Quebec) are sponsoring both a poster contest and an essay contest on the theme of COVID-19, and there is cash to be won!!

The poster contest is open to people ages 5 – 19 and the essay contest to those ages 11-19.  Entrants must live within Multiple District A.  Please see the attached for details, and you may consult the following link to check whether you live within the District.

Road Works Safety Notice

The Parade is this Saturday, November 17.

Please note that the City is currently completing Curb and Sidewalk works at the corner of Castlefrank and Abbeyhill. As a precaution, the City will put in place safety measures to safeguard the site. Please plan your viewing locations accordingly and be careful out there.

Update:  The city tells us the road work has been completed.
