2017 Hazeldean Mall – Kanata-Hazeldean Lions Club Santa Claus Parade Registration
This is a copy of the registration invitation email sent to those who have subscribed to the Kanata-Hazeldean Lions Club Santa Claus Parade mailing list. Thank you to all of you for continuing to participate in our Santa Claus Parade.
If you know of a group or business that might like to be part of this community event, please feel free to pass on this correspondence and the registration form.
The 2017 Parade Registration Form is available online by clicking this link.
If you have any questions, please send an e-mail. Please register before November 14th, 2017 to ensure a place in the Parade.
Please read everything carefully.
Note that you can type in the downloaded PDF form, and save and print that. This is to help you fill out a legible form. However, we require a signature on the form you send to us, so you must print the final form, sign it, and then send the signed copy to us. You can do this by
- Scanning the signed form and emailing us the scanned file; or
- Mailing the signed form to the mailing address provided; or
- Faxing the signed form to 613-280-1559.
All correspondence will be by e-mail. In addition to mailing the form, you can scan it and e-mail it to Parade.Registration@KHLions.com.
Submit only one registration form per entry. Do not submit your registration in more than one way, i.e. submit by mail or e-mail, not both. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 7 days, please send us an email.
Please note the Registration Fee.
Food can be dropped off at the Kanata Food Cupboard float in the staging area. Cheques in lieu of a food donation can be given to any parade marshal on parade day or mailed with your registration form.
On behalf of the parade sponsor, the Hazeldean Mall, the Kanata-Hazeldean Lions Club, the Kanata Sports Club, The Kanata Food Cupboard and the many supporting organizations that make it all happen, we look forward to your participation in this annual event.
